I have a studio in Memorial Park that is utilized for certain sessions types. I am a natural light lifestyle photographer. What does that mean? It means I mainly shoot with the sunlight as my light source (with the exception of weddings, events or certain scenarios where an external flash may be needed) because I prefer how those images feel and look.

I do not photograph posed newborns, but I do offer lifestyle newborn portraiture which offers a more organic and lifestyle approach to your session. Feel free to check out my portfolio for examples of this style.

My proofing galleries typically yield 30-60 images from each session, sometimes more. The goal is to provide you with a collection of curated images and enough variety so you can choose what you love.

I'll be honest, the EASIEST way to get a response from me is via e-mail. I own a telephone and I know how to text, but often times, my cell phone is either being held captive by a child in my home, on do no disturb so I can get editing done, or dead somewhere in a couch cushion. My emails come straight to my laptop and I'm able to respond with everything you may need directly from there.

During booking, I will send you a questionnaire that has questions pertaining to the style you're looking for. Based on the answers you give me determines the location I'll use. I use several different locations based on my clients needs, lighting and shoot timeline. If you have a personal spot or preference, I am all ears!

A typical booking will go something like this. You inquire, we check to make sure I'm a good fit for you, your budget and style.

Check, we're a good fit! Once we determine a date, I'll ask you for basics (name, phone number and e-mail) and send over a booking email that contains a contract, invoice and questionnaire). Once I get those 3 items back you are booked and ready to go.

To book your session, 50% is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your scheduled session. I do offer payment plans, just let me know when we're looking at dates.

Well..... because I'm amazing! All jokes aside, I want you to book me because you feel like I'm the best choice. You can learn more about me, my style and even view my portfolio to see if I'm all that and a bag of chips. (Flamin' Hots because let's be honest, my soul still craves teenage junk food)

Unless you need help from me, I'll leave you alone until a week before our session together. You'll get an auto reminder of your session coming up with any remaining balance due and another email a few days (usually Thursday) prior to your session with final session details. (Final, time, location, tips, etc)

Cloudy skies are the best! However, rain close to your session time is typically a no go. I want you guys to enjoy your time with me and avoid any subpar conditions. As long as it's possible on your timeline, we can almost always reschedule a session due to weather.

First, please stay true to yourself. I want you feeling confident and beautiful during your session. While I will always help by giving color / clothing suggestions, my ultimate goal is to make sure I capture you as you feel best. I typically like to offer up more subtle neutral colors, but just tell me what look you're going for as I'll help as a I can!

I don't rent them, but I do have a collection of gowns on and for clients who may need to use them. Pleaser ask and I'll be happy to help!

Unless you have small children that need to be changed when you get on site, arriving a few minute early will be fine. We'll chat for a minute once we start to help me connect with your family and determine the best approach when photographing your family or you guys as a couple.

Wait, all kids don't act crazy? I kid, I kid. Most kids will act a little differently. I mean, they're doing something out of the norm. I tend to go with the natural flow and keep them, engaged, which is how I tend to get a lot of those great in-the-moment shots.

Yes! I won't end a session on a bad note. I get asked this a lot because people are so nervous that they didnt get anything good. In fact, when people ask me that, I usually have SO many good ones. I think it's human nature to be nervous. I won't lie to you and say we did if we didn't. That wouldn't do me any good. ;)

The day after your session you'll get a follow-up email from me going over what expect now.

Proofing galleries (which is me editing the best images of your session and creating a proofing gallery for you to view and make your selections from) are typically delivered via e-mail within 3 weeks of your session date. I know it seems like a long time but I want to make sure I dedicate enough time to your session and fine tune your images, as well as other galleries that I am juggling at the same time.

Your session comes with digital images. The number depends on which packager you chose.

Additional images are available for purchase for $40 per high resolution digital image.

You will get an email confirming your order / selection and then it will come to me. I will fulfill your digital order manually on my side and e-mail you the download link. (Normally within 24 hours of your purchase)
